Our Hot Sauce was originaly designed to be a wing sauce. It's main source of heat is Habanero. Although it is great on wings, it can be used on, in, or over anything. Unlike some other Hot Sauces, My Uncle John's has a great flavor, not just heat. It's great in meatloaf to kick up the flavor. If you enjoy the flavor, but the heat's a bit much, you can use it to add to your favorite recipe. You can mix it with equal parts of your favorite italian salad dressing, marinate your chicken before you barbeque it. It makes a mean buffalo chicken cheese steak sandwich. The possibilities are endless.
